Just got racoon highlights done by one of the loveliest hairdressers I’ve ever met- I’m of course referring to Chloe. I came in today to get a touchup from last week as I wanted an adjustment to my hair, and she treated me with nothing but dignity and respect despite the fix up taking 4 hours, working late despite the other employees all leaving for the day. She ensured that my happiness came first when it came to my hair, despite me being able to tell she was extremely busy. Its honestly no wonder most of the reviews under the Eva and Frankie website mention her. Im now very happy with my hair and if i were to come back, it would be because of her. I dont’t generally get my hair professionally done as its pretty expensive, but the way she made me feel comfortable and continuously consulted me makes the money worth it. The way she was even more excited for the end result than my friend and I somehow is really telling that she is geniunely passionate about what she does and the customer at heart. Did i mention she did all of this while looking after an apprentice while she did? I know how hard the hair industry can be for employees, and to have to balance all of that while also taking my prior criticism with nothing but grace isnt something you can find in alot of people. Even the kind way she talked to her coworkers was really lovely to hear and made me feel really comfortable in the salon. Her going to extra mile and making me the utmost priority to ensure I was happy with the service is something I commend her for truly. I hope the salon treats her well because an employee like her makes getting your hair done worth every dollar. Will be coming back :)

I got a half-head of foils. She did an amazing job! They did the foils really quick and neatly and were able to lift my dark brown hair into a nice, creamy blonde😊 Service was great and definitely the best hair salon I’ve been to- especially as a blonde which can be difficult to manage at times. Highly recommend and couldn’t be happier with the outcome! ❤️

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Had my hair coloured blonde and came out with " no hair ".. Chloe was the teenager that was promised to me that "oh she is amazing ". There is no manager here and it is obvious..why the blind are leading the blind. If you would like to keep your hair on your head..I advise you to definitely not come to Eva and Frankie..unprofessional in all aspects. So it's up to you!!
